Six Sigma Project for Quality Improvement

This project is not 100% hypothetical. The case is based on my true experience as a Factory Coordinator at one of Acrylic Sheet Manufacturing companies a couple years ago, improving the quality problem using Pareto Chart, Control Chart, FMEA and 5S. I have to adjust and modify some data and information, then put additional steps and actions into the case to meet the requirement of Lean Six Sigma concept for this project.

The company had a quality issue with its production line which made the company provide more raw materials and labor hours for remaking products to fulfill the order. There are 5 labor groups on the production line and all groups had the same issue.
